I live in SHanghai and it is wrong to state that teh Chinese economy has slowed down dramatically and that real esatte is down dramatically. Year to year, real estate went UP 11.4%, I would not call that a drastic downturn! You can't get that return at the bank...Also, real estate is booming, as I obught a house in Shanghai 2 years ago and it has more than doubled in value since then. The writer here needs to get his facts straight.
The idea of a wife with a home, ingenious, but rather stupid unless the girl is a total bimbo or just looking at $, maybe some people aren't picky!

If you are an ugly old fart, barring some off the charts charisma, you can expect to be divorced about 53 weeks after the wedding. What are the property laws in China? These young ladies could make a fortune if it's anything like the USA.
